SMS Notification
As most of you are already aware, Liberty now sends out SMS texts to all of our clients regarding their services on the following day. If you are unwell or unable to come on your scheduled day, please phone 5578 1668 or email services@libertycommunity.org.au. Letting us know as early as possible will help us to rearrange our services for that day and make sure we don’t show up your home and wonder where you are if you are not there.
Hot Weather
Summer is fast approaching and the warm weather and humidity will be here before we know it. When our Support at Home staff are working in your home, it is considered their workplace. Please help them to stay safe and well by providing adequate ventilation leading up to, and during, their visit, e.g. turn on fans or air conditioners or open doors.
Listening to What You Say
What you think about our services and how we can improve them is very important to us. It helps us provide the best possible support to you and others. We want you to feel you can bring anything to our attention, no matter how large or small, knowing your confidentiality will be respected and it will not affect the services you receive.
