Liberty’s commitment to Livin’ Well involves the recruitment of staff and volunteers that are passionate about working with the elderly, people who live with a disability and their carers. Our staff and volunteers are recruited not only based on their experience and qualifications, but also on commitment, values and passion. Our staff and volunteers are committed to providing the best possible support to our clients because they love what they do.  

Volunteers vary from the newly recruited to up to 17 years of commitment. Our volunteers continue to be essential to our service delivery by increasing our capacity to meet the needs of the Gold Coast’s most vulnerable populations. Over fifty volunteers work with us each year in various capacities, supporting our clients and bringing their own experiences and gifts to maintain our excellent standard of service delivery and outstanding reputation in the community. Our volunteers have been regularly nominated and recognised through awards for their service to the Gold Coast Community.
