Liberty Community Connect provides a range of services that allow people to live socially connected, independent and active lives. We support people who live with a disability, the elderly, their carers and their families, by empowering them to live well.

We provide services, programs and activities that meet every person’s needs and support their right to choice. Our support is based on an assessment of individual needs and goals, providing support that is appropriate to each situation. Though based in Nerang, Liberty provides services throughout the Gold Coast.
